Jordan Dubai Properties (JD Properties) is a public shareholding company listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE: REIN) with a share capital of JOD 70 million. As the investment arm of Jordan Dubai Capital (JD Capital) in the Real Estate and Tourism sectors, JD Properties focuses on attracting a new niche market that positions the Kingdom as a vibrant, global tourism and business destination. Tourism Projects Portfolio
A world-class, eco-friendly and fully integrated woodland resort, ideally located to capitalize on the pristine natural resources of the Dibbeen Forest in the North of Jordan. The Munya Tourism Resort is the first ecotourism project of its kind and scope in the region and will be built in a manner that does not disrupt the local habitat. The project will be managed and operated by Amanresorts (www.amanresorts.com) one of the world's most exclusive resort operators, and will include hotel facilities, residences, a world-class spa, and an abundance of activities congruent to the nature of the area.
JD Properties acquired a controlling stake in Ahyaa Amman Real Estate Development Company, an entity established in 2004 with a vision to develop old neighborhoods in Amman while preserving their architectural and cultural heritage. Ahyaa Amman has been involved in preserving the historically significant neighborhood of Jabal Amman. Seeing as the regeneration of this centrally located district could pose tremendous potential for expansion and growth. The urban regeneration project will center on developing connections through the upgrading while preserving common-theme properties within larger districts within Jabal Amman area. Ahyaa Amman properties will be closely linked through the narrow winding streets, alleyways and staircases, creating a unique neighborhood for the areas comprising the project.
A unique resort situated in the south of Jordan’s Dead Sea area, the Zara development project will be an integrated resort that aims to create a community of homeowners and tourists.
The first desert tourism project of its kind in the Kingdom, the Wadi Rum project aims to create a resort in Wadi Rum that stimulates tourism in the South of Jordan.

Investments
JD Properties acquired from JD Capital in 2008 a 4.2% stake in Saraya Aqaba, the large scale lagoon development project in the port city of Aqaba.
JD Properties acquired from JD Capital in 2008 a 30% stake in Madaen Al Shorouq , a major developer in the Mawared project in the city of Zarqa.
